Ramen Classes

This class is called ramen basics although please be aware - it is an intensive class! Making typically takes at least a full day to make all the elements and we are making everything we can within the time constraints so we will be cooking every minute of the 3.5 hours!

We will make: 2 types of ramen broths; Paitan (white soup) and Chintan (clear soup), ramen noodles, chashu (pork belly), ajitamago (ramen eggs) and getting the various other toppings ready like the negi, onions, seaweed and narutomaki. You'll have a new appreciation for ramen after my class!

This class usually takes 3.5 hours, and we provide a recipe booklet for you to take home so you can impress your family and friends with your own bowl of ramen!
