Ramen Studio - Evening Class
Step into the kitchen and experience what it’s like to work in a real ramen shop.
In this fast-paced, hands-on class, you’ll join a team of fellow “staff” as we recreate the full ramen restaurant workflow — from simmering Tonkotsu and Shoyu broths to crafting noodles, gyoza, Ajitama eggs, Chashu pork, and more.
Everyone takes on a different role, just like in a real ramen kitchen, working together to build the perfect bowl — all in under 4 hours.
